Welcome to Endless Mayhem Styling. By using this website or booking services with Abigail Hammond / Endless Mayhem Styling, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

These terms are intended as a temporary placeholder and may be updated as the business develops.

1. About Endless Mayhem Styling

Endless Mayhem Styling provides personal styling, wardrobe education, colour analysis, and related styling services both online and in-person across Kent, London, and surrounding areas.

2. Bookings & Payments

All appointments must be booked in advance.

Payment terms and booking details will be confirmed at the time of booking. Sessions may require a deposit or full payment upfront to secure your appointment.

Until otherwise stated, all pricing is listed in GBP.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment provider. Your payment details are processed directly by Stripe and are subject to their own terms and privacy policy. Endless Mayhem Styling does not store your full payment card details.

By making a booking, you agree to these payment and cancellation terms.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

If you need to change your appointment, you can reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be non-refundable, and the payment made for the booking will be forfeited.

Endless Mayhem Styling reserves the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances.

By making a booking, you agree to these payment and cancellation terms.

4. Time Keeping

All services must be completed within the allocated time slot you have pre-booked. Unfortunately, if you are late, your time slot cannot be extended. Please arrive on time to avoid disappointment and to make the most of your session.

5. Gift Vouchers

Purchase & Payment

Gift vouchers must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. Once purchased, vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift vouchers may be purchased for a specific styling service or for a specified monetary value towards an Endless Mayhem Styling service.

Validity

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The voucher must be redeemed and the appointment completed within this validity period.

Gift vouchers cannot be extended beyond their expiry date unless agreed by Endless Mayhem Styling in advance and at its discretion.

Booking & Redemption

To redeem a gift voucher, the recipient should contact Endless Mayhem Styling to arrange their appointment and provide their voucher details.

Appointments are subject to availability and should be booked with reasonable notice.

A gift voucher may only be redeemed against the service or monetary value stated on the voucher. If the chosen service costs more than the value of the voucher, the remaining balance must be paid before the appointment.

If the service costs less than the voucher value, no cash or credit difference will be provided unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

The standard cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to appointments booked using a gift voucher.

Appointments can be rearranged free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours, the voucher will be considered redeemed and no replacement appointment or refund will be provided.

In exceptional circumstances, please contact Endless Mayhem Styling as soon as possible and each situation will be considered at its discretion.

Location & Additional Charges

Gift vouchers do not automatically include additional travel costs where the service takes place outside Endless Mayhem Styling's standard service area.

Where additional travel, weekend or other agreed charges apply, these will be confirmed with the purchaser or recipient before the appointment is booked.

A 20% additional charge applies to weekend appointments.

Where travel exceeds 30 minutes door-to-door, an additional travel fee may apply. Any such fee will be discussed and agreed before the booking is confirmed.

Transferability

Gift vouchers may be gifted or transferred to another person, provided the voucher has not already been redeemed. Please contact Endless Mayhem Styling if the named recipient needs to be changed.

Lost or Damaged Vouchers

Endless Mayhem Styling cannot be held responsible for gift vouchers that are lost, stolen or used without the purchaser's or recipient's permission. Digital vouchers should therefore be kept securely.

Changes to Services

If a service included on a gift voucher is no longer offered at the time of redemption, Endless Mayhem Styling will offer an alternative service of equivalent value or another appropriate solution.

Expiry

Once a gift voucher has expired, it has no monetary value and cannot be redeemed unless an extension has been agreed in writing by Endless Mayhem Styling before the expiry date.

6. Styling Services

Personal styling advice is subjective and based on professional opinion, client goals, and information provided during sessions.

Results may vary depending on personal preferences, participation, budget, and lifestyle factors.

7. Preloved & Third-Party Purchases

Recommendations may include secondhand, vintage, or third-party items sourced from external retailers or platforms.

Endless Mayhem Styling is not responsible for:

• product quality

• sizing inconsistencies

• shipping issues

• returns or refunds

• availability of third-party items

Any purchases made are at the client’s own discretion.

8. Website Content

All content on this website, including text, branding, images, graphics, and materials, belongs to Endless Mayhem Styling unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Privacy

Any personal information shared through contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, or bookings will be handled respectfully and will not be sold to third parties.

Further privacy information may be added as the website develops.

10. Liability

Endless Mayhem Styling is not liable for:

• personal decisions made following styling advice

• purchases made by clients

• allergic reactions or sensitivities to fabrics/products

• loss or damage related to third-party services or retailers

Clients are responsible for their own purchasing decisions and personal wellbeing.

11. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated or amended at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of this website or services indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
